Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a National sales manager

• Experience managing a high performance sales team

• Knowledge of CRM software

• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Availability to travel as needed

• BSc degree in relevant field

Manager - UK

This team member is responsible for consumer facing engagement as well as monitoring the financial performance of UK retail, including recruitment, training and HR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position

• Knowledge of retail management best practices

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent organizing and leadership skills

• Commercial awareness 

• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

• Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)

• BSc/BA in relevant field is desirable
